virtual or in-person - coaching + consulting - $150/hr - 6 session minimum commitment

Looking for psychological support and guidance as you navigate your journey?

This 6-session coaching package will prepare you to meet what arises and help you integrate new understandings.  

• Preparation coaching (3 sessions)
  • Our coaching relationship will be individualized to meet your unique needs and personality, but may involve the following:
    • Somatic preparation - exercise protocol: stretching, strength and conditioning, breathwork, diet, nervous system preparation 
    • Planning what to wear, eat, and bring to your journey
    • Meditation/mindfulness and deep listening practices 
    • Music playlist co-creation 
    • Exploration of how your lifestyle, with an emphasis on the things you consume and depend on, might affect your psychedelic experience
    • Action plans for change, where necessary

• Integration coaching (3 sessions)
  • We will work together to turn your insights into actionable steps and new habits, aligning you with your larger goals and purpose. This may involve:
    • Meaning Making: support processing your experience, clarifying insights, identifying and integrating themes, cultivating new perspectives and artistic expression 
    • Pruning: practices to help you compassionately remove the things that are not serving you to allow for new growth 
    • Visioning: Setting goals and creating action plans that help you meet your needs and spark growth while remaining in integrity with your responsibilities and relationships
