We’ll build your awareness, psychological flexibility, resilience, and confidence — not so you can become a perfectly healed productivity machine, but so you can actually choose how you want to live.


You’ll practice relating to your emotions with more steadiness and adaptability.


You’ll learn how to stop treating discomfort like a stop sign.


You’ll let go of the life you think you’re supposed to be living.

I offer compassionate support and grounded guidance through evidence-based practices that help you move out of old patterns — overthinking, avoiding, people-pleasing, pushing through, shutting down, and second-guessing — and into new patterns of grounded action, self-trust, and authenticity.


We will practice facing difficult emotions gently and skillfully, clarify your values, strengths, and goals, and design a way to participate in the world doing things that matter to you.


You'll improve your ability to get shit done when you’re overwhelmed, shift your mindset when you’re spiraling, identify and communicate your needs, and reconnect with a sense of direction that actually feels like yours.

We’ll make it less terrifying and more doable.


People-pleasing at work, home, or literally anywhere?
We’ll practice communicating honestly without abandoning yourself.

Shutting down, melting down, or quietly losing it?
We’ll make a plan for the moments when your brain says “absolutely not.”
